Get a first perk when taking the G.O.A.T. exam. (16 new skill-perks available only by taking the G.O.A.T.)

Permissions and credits
This mod's purpose is to make the G.O.A.T. exam more meaningful and give your character a 1st level perk.

Originally the aptitude test is nothing but flavor, as you can re-select your tag-skills right after.
Now, along with your job recommendation, you get a Perk that gives +10 to the skill with the most answers.

This perk doesn't change when you select different tag-skills, so the G.O.A.T. now indeed determines
the skill for which the character is best qualified, while the tagged skills represent the emphases of
the character's training after the G.O.A.T. exam.

In total there are 18 new perks in this mod: One for each skill, available when taking the G.O.A.T regularly.
The other 5 perks increase two skills by 5 each and can be gained only by skipping the test and telling
the teacher about your interests. Those are basically copies of the perks Thief, Scoundrel, Gun Nut and
Daddy's Boy, as well as a similar perk for fireworks lovers..

V 1.01:
- Bypassing with "I just love that... kaboom" now adds the perk "Pyrotechnist" (+5 Big Guns & Explosives).

- Added a new dialogue-line to the bypass-test option ("Bluff Master" / +5 Barter & Speech)
