Update: If you are using the Hair Pack then please replace the old file with the newer update. Due a conflict between them, I simply took the "Hair Pack.esp" and redid it just like before with normal eyes for raiders. Simply overwrite the "hair_add_npc.esp" file contained with the original and everything should be fine.
I noticed a long time ago that all Raiders had blue eyes. Washed out, glucoma ridden druggie looking blue eyes. This struck me as odd at first. Were the Raiders all decended from some long lost South American U-boat colony or something? Hello, cousins marrying, royal family? Bad idea.
So I looked into the files and found that, no, Bethesda wasn't being racist, just lazy. All raiders had a default eyeball texture and they all used it. Lame.
Then I went into G.E.C.K. and ground my way down the "leveled character" list for all the Raider templates and gave them regular eyeballs, within the limits of the game engine. Which is to say that now all your Asian, Afro-American and Hispanic Raiders will have brown eyes, as will about 1/3rd of your Caucasian ones. The rest should be pretty random between green and blue.
The important thing is that Raider eyes no longer all look alike. Raiders look more like people and less like ghouls when seen up close. As it should be. After all, not every Raider is a Psycho-addict. That crap is expensive.
Note: Consider this BETA, as I may have missed a few. This is especially true if you use FOOK/FOOK2, as it adds numerous custom raiders and this file does not modify those new NPCs in any way.
