Arefu House - Version 1.12

++ Bugfix Version 1.12 ++

If you've already downloaded the 1.1 version, please download this and overwrite. I apologize for any inconvenience. I've removed the 1.1 file from the Nexus.

Fixes a bug where attempting to pick-pocket Evan King, the key would not be in his inventory.

Fixes a bug when killing Evan King, the key would not be lootable.

++ New in Version 1.1 ++

You must now work to obtain the Arefu House. The house is now locked, and to gain access you will need the key. The key is obtainable from Evan King, either by completing the "Blood Ties" quest (In good standing with The Family, and the people of Arefu), or by pick-pocketing the key from Evan, or killing him (If you want to be evil).

I recommend installing this mod on a save file that has not completed "Blood Ties". You can install it on a file where "Blood Ties" has been completed, but the only options to acquire the key would be to Kill, or pick-pocket Evan. Evan giving you the key is tied to the end of the "Blood Ties" quest.

++ Introduction++

The second installment of my personal house mod project. I have always felt that we needed a better variety of places to stash our hard earned loot and get some rest. This is an attempt to satisfy that thought.

++What it does?++

This mod adds a player house to the small settlement of Arefu. The house is located towards the rear of the settlement. The house is free of charge, for the time being. Like my first house mod, I have done my best to make the house look like it 'belongs' in the settlement. The house it self is small, but serves its purpose well. It features no god items and offers no cheats what so ever.

Other Features

*A personal Laboratory that the player can use to brew substances, and cure addictions (science level of 50 or higher is required for use)

*Numerous storage options including; 2 large storage cabinets, a desk with storage, a footlocker, metal shelving, and a refrigerator.

*A bed for the protagonist to get some rest.

*A working radio that plays the GNR station. (Arefu is too far out to pick up GNR's signal before a certain point in the MQ story. Once this point has been reached, it should come in loud and clear.)

*The house has been lightly decorated, still leaving space for you to satisfy your inner interior-decorator.

*The house features a custom NavMesh, it should be companion friendly.

++Compatibility++

This mod isn't compatible with any mod that changes the settlement of Arefu, such as Arefu Expanded.

++Special Thanks++

I would like to extend a special thanks to TGBlank, WillieSea, and Cipscis from the official FO3 forums who helped me iron out a script I was having issues with.

++Closing Comments++

I hope you all enjoy my mod. I worked hard on making sure everything works properly, and looks good. I put a lot of work into making the house look like it was always in Arefu, I believe that this is important. I try to keep the immersion as high as possible, as this is how I prefer my games to be played. Thank you, and enjoy the mod.
