Ragged clothing scavenged by a refugee of the wastes.
Location
========
Beside the mailbox at the foot of the hill below Vault 101, just before entering Springvale. Also includes a bikini, because I thought it looked cute.

Bikini XX000EA8
Refugee (plaid) XX000EAC
Refugee (plain) XX000EAE
Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy the Data folder to your \Fallout 3\ directory (Default is C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\)
4. Start FalloutLauncher Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file.
Uninstall
=========
1. Start FalloutLauncher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file.
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

Incompatibility
