A very simple mod that I've created to use the original and classic formula of the Strength's Carry Weight ([Str*25]+25), WITHOUT any other adjustments included!
The main and only reason I've created this is I could not find this anywhere. I found a mod that INCLUDED the adjusted carry weight, but not a mod that had ONLY this formula used.
Install
=======
1. Extract the file to a temporary location.
2. Paste the .esp file to your Fallout 3 Data folder
4. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp/.esm file(s).
Uninstall
=========
1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp/.esm file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
