Description:
Its basically a terminal for those who want to start a new game but can't be bothered leveling up your skills again. It add's a terminal outside of Megaton in the dirt (look at pics for location) which is called Cheater's Terminal. It gives you options for Stats, Karma and Caps. It also has an option to add the UBERAWESOME Rifle (Plasma Rifle Model) and the UBERAWESOME Combat Armor (Talon Combat Armor Model) which makes you invincible.
DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS IF YOU PLAN TO COMPLETE THE GAME, THIS IS JUST FOR TESTING PURPOSES.
