Permissions and credits
first, forget me for my bad english. This is a simple texture replace mod, for combat armor and mercenary marine clothings, obviously for player and npc's.
for install:

IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH CRASH TO DESKTOP (CTD) SKIP THE "NORMAL INSTALL" AND USE THE METHOD CHUPACABRAX-BSA-ANTY-CTD FOR MODS THAT replace ITEMS (USABLE FOR ALL MODS)
NORMAL INSTALL.-

1.1.- simply copy the folder "textures" in the fallout 3 data directory (only ONE combat armor, choose that your prefer).
1.2.-open fallout.ini and search "bInvalidateOlderFiles" change "=0" for "=1" and save of course.
1.3.-copy these linies at your archiveinvalidation.txt or copy the archiveinvalidation.txt contained in this .rar in your
data directory if you don't have other replacer mod:

textures/armor/wastelandclothing05/outfitf.dds
textures/armor/wastelandclothing05/outfitm.dds
textures/armor/headgear/combatarmorhelmet.dds
textures/armor/combatarmor/outfitf.dds
textures/armor/combatarmor/outfitm.dds

1.4.-if you use "ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated!.exe" forget step 2 - 3 - 4
1.5.-Enjoy!

don't worry, is very very much easy than they appear

METHOD CHUPACABRAX-BSA-ANTY-CTD FOR MODS THAT replace ITEMS (you can use only this method, is more easy and more secure but a little more slow):

1.- install all mods that you want normaly
2.- open "FALLOUT.INI" in "My documents\My Games\Fallout3" with wordpad, note book, etc... search the line "bInvalidateOlderFiles", set to "0" and save
3.- if you use "ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated!.exe" disable it!
if all is fine you must play without CTD, but without textures... continue reading for do textures work
4.- now you will need "FO3 Archive Utility" download here: "http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34"

5.- open the "FO3 Archive Utility" an click "file -> open archive" select "Fallout - Textures.bsa" click "archive -> extract all files" create a new folder named for example
"fallout textures" an extract inside.
6.- do te same with "Fallout - Meshes.bsa" and extract in other diferent folder for example "fallout meshes"
7.- go to data folder and copy the textures that you want replace (or all textures and you can forget the "anty-ctd only for add new items" method) inside "fallout textures"
and overwrite it. Do the same with meshes but obviously in the "fallout meshes" folder
8.- optional only for security: change the data of your pc to: 5-9-2008
9.- change the name of the original "Fallout - Meshes.bsa" and "Fallout - Textures.bsa" for have a backup of original bsa
10.- open "FO3 Archive Utility" click "file -> new archive" select the fallout 3 data folder and write the bsa name "Fallout - Textures.bsa" (must be this and no other for textures)
click "create" and select the folder "fallout textures" (NOT THE FOLDER TEXTURES INSIDE) and click "select" in a few minutes a new "Fallout - Textures.bsa" will be created
with all textures of your mods inside
11.- do the same of step 6 with the "Fallout - Meshes.bsa" and the "fallout meshes" folder, obviosly with the name "Fallout - Meshes.bsa" at the resulting archive
12.- over, you can turn the date of your pc to normal and delete "textures" and "meshes" folder inside "data" and "fallout meshes" and fallout textures" folders
and enjoy all your replacer and add mods without ctd

-every time that you want add a new mod, you will must unpack meshes and textures, overwrite meshes and textures of the mods inside, and re-pack-

METHOD CHUPACABRAX-BSA-ANTY-CTD FOR MODS THAT ADD NEW ITEMS:

1.- install all mods that you want normaly
2.- open "FALLOUT.INI" in "My documents\My Games\Fallout3" with wordpad, note book, etc... search the line "bInvalidateOlderFiles", set to "0" and save
3.- if you use "ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated!.exe" disable it!
if all is fine you must play without CTD, but without textures... continue reading for do textures work
4.- now you will need "FO3 Archive Utility" download here: "http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34"
5.- move "textures" folder into a new folder named for example "mods textures"
6.- open "FO3 Archive Utility" click "file -> new archive", write a name for example: "mods textures.bsa" click "create" and select the "mods textures" and click "select"
the .bsa will be created in a few seconds dependig of the amount of textures that you have.
CAUTION: DON'T SELECT THE FOLDER "TEXTURES" INSIDE "MODS TEXTURES" (the tree of directories in bsa archive must be the same that in the original data folder)
7.- open "FALLOUT.INI" like in step 2 and search the line "SArchiveList" here are the list of bsa used by the game, simply add your "mods textures.bsa" or whatever at the list like this:
SArchiveList=mods textures.bsa, mods robocertified.bsa, Fallout - Textures.bsa, Fallout - Meshes.bsa. and save it.
8.- end, you can delete "ARCHIVEINVALIDATION.txt" "mods textures" and "textures" folders and play without CTD with all the textures prefectly. this method is necesary
only for textures. the meshes sounds and others can be inside the data folder but NEVER MUST ACTIVATE "ARCHIVEINVALIDATION" OR CTD WILL RETURN.

-you can create a new bsa for every mod, remember, only textures are necesary but you can create other bsa with meshes too, only remember that textures and meshes must be
in separated bsa, conserving the original mod directory tree, and remember add the names of the bsa in the "SArchiveList=" line at "FALLOUT.INI"-
