this is just a variant to "Speed Hat" mod made by "Artisten"

thanks to advice of Artisten i made a more good version
to not spoil the gameplay

sorry guys made a mistake and first version of helmet
it was like a god mod, now is resolve, just a combat
helmet much better and with speed properties

This mod will add a special combat helmet to complet Rally's Ranger Combat Armor, that gives you the power to travel over long distance with high speed.
You can choose the speed yourself from a list.
