Works for me. There's a lot of storage options in this mod, and all sorts of OBSE goodies (I think) such as plants which respawn ingredients.
I added a lady to this mod, and also a small quest which makes the suite "locked" until my character pays for it (really, I made it so the door buzzer for the suite is disabled). The lady is a Real Estate agent who lives in Tenpenny's lobby & lower apartments and she'd only approach my toon if the ghouls had been taken care of. After paying for the suite, the door buzzer next to the lobby elevator appears. Fwoosh.
I noticed that with the recent Evergreen Entertainment mod, the same track in background music was also in the tenpenny hall, kinda cool but is it normal... or some weird cell script conflict...?
bah, who am i kiddin', looks like the muties missed me.

Also a tenpenny suite even when you play as a good character seems nice enough.
Good on you for making something which doesn't replace / potentially break anything.
@LFox: Is there any chance you can add some more furniture to the apartment? like some sofas? Or is it possible to get a theme for it?
