Cuppa JOE mod update

Before we begin, impatient multiple button pressing could crash your game! or at least give you a headache with the cacophony of sound, explanation in description, take note, ignore at your own risk.

Ok, I've got a major update for Cuppa Joe's, the impatient among you may have already seen the 240MB file, that's 10 un-licensed music tracks, in fact it's 20 but there are two to a track, this is for the jukebox in the cafe which has now been upgraded with 10 buttons, one for each of the double tracks(see image), pressing one of the buttons just once will start the track playing, but there is a deliberate delay, early jukeboxes took a few moments to load the vinyl onto the turntable, so wait, multiple button presses will start multiple occurrences of tracks, pressing two or more buttons will start two or more tracks at the same time, so wait for your selection to finish before pressing another button, presently I'm still learning scripting and hope to implement the buttons more efficiently with hopefully up to 99 track selection, but for now it's one button one track(doubled up), keep in mind the silence between the two tracks on the same button, it's only a silence not a finish.

The folder structure for the songs is FO3 standard and that's why the tracks are in a folder called licensed, no they are not licensed they are royalty free and taken from the GNR + 40 mod, credit and thanks to OldManMose76 for the collection and selection, a great mod.

Extract the archive sound.7z called songs on the Nexus download page, straight into your Fallout3 DATA folder.
If you want your own music then it's bit of a chore but worth it, you will need both mono mp3 and mono wav of the same track, rename your chosen tracks to cuppajoetrack01, cuppajoetrack02 on through to cuppajoetrack10, remember you need both mp3 and wav formats, do not ask me why you just do.
Volume level for jukebox music comes under "effects" settings.
Also remember a couple of tracks have adverts.

We have another addition to the family, meet Jammy James(see image), hes not much for talking but he is a damn good mechanic with a repair skill of 70, he is also one tough hombre and in return for protecting the Griffiths they give him food and a warm place to sleep, hes also a cool dude and just hangs out next to the jukebox, you won't see much action from him, unless you upset him!, but he won't mind you waking him if you need repairs done, for a charge of course, he can also do a little trade, but it's mostly scrap bits and tools.
Jammy is not a tunnel snake, he is a loner.

Added
A stool at the end of the bar for Jammy to sit and have his lunch

Changes
Wall switch behind chair presently has no function.

Removed acoustic zones from the cafeteria area, the operation was too glitchy, it's been replaced by a localized sound near the ceiling speaker, you can still turn it off.

Don't forget to download the updated esp file "Updated esp", the jukebox will not work without it, again extract and let it overwrite the file in the fallout3 DATA folder.

And the project continues!, thanks to all those for the ratings and advice, please keep them coming, as usual I would like to hear your views and bug reports, this does not include views on lore.

New updates for A Cuppa JOE

Files
I've seperated the esp from the file archive since most changes will be made on this and folk do not want to have to keep downloading a 10MB file everytime there is a change that just occurs in the esp file, just let the esp file a cuppa JOE.esp overwrite the one in your fallout3 DATA folder.
The second file CuppaJoeFileArchive.7z is required if you have not yet got the cafeteria music, this will also be used later when adding more files like textures and mesh(when I get around to learning the process)

Added
A leaky kitchen sink, gave a whole new meaning to "They had everything but the kitchen sink" when I realised they did not have one!, this is one sink I will not be drinking from!
Kitchen cabinets next to sink.

Turret control terminal, now you can re-program the turret if you feel like causing havoc!

New television with simple effect on the screen, the more mature generation amongst us will remember this effect, you might even see one of the AI banging on the TV but that's a random thing, oh and I added something else to the tv just for laffs, while I endeavor to keep the fallout atmosphere, sometimes ya just gotta lighten the mood.

Changes
Reduced Cafe area light radius on suggestion, turned out to be a good suggestion, it gives the cafe a more moody atmosphere
Moved and rotated refrigerator to back wall.
More changes to AI packages, blasted things are stubborn, they are taking control I tell ya!, sometimes both might disappear from the shop, but not to worry, they still got Thunder and the turret gun guarding the place, and they do return!

As I have said before, this is an ongoing project, watch this space for updates.

Bug reports very welcome, it's becoming difficult to keep up with my own changes!

Update to the Cuppa Joe cafe

Yes, a 10MB file!, this is due to the audio track I've included.

Extract the 7zip archive straight into your Fallout3 DATA folder, let the esp overwrite the old one, the sound file directory path is already set, remember Archiveinvalidation is required, I recommend this program

Updates
Fixed vendor inventory

Removed light flicker from mattress

Added acoustic zones, explained in description

Added light dust particles

Added jukebox in corner of cafe (removed two chairs and a table for it to fit)

Added Speaker on ceiling

Added scavs to raider friend faction

Added a bit more clutter, messed the place up a little more

Moved serving counter forward 4 clicks to allow chalkboard use by AI's.

The two acoustic zones are one in the bathroom for running water, the other is in the cafeteria playing a 50s style melody, and here's the good news, if you do not like it, you have the power to turn it off, just look for the speaker on the ceiling in the cafe area and click it, the music will fade out to be replaced by silence, it can also be turned back on by the same method, on the other hand you could put your own music in, place it in the folder sound/fx and rename it to mus_sock_hop_lp.wav, note the underscores, these must be used, no spaces!
The format is 16 bit mono wav.

Credits
Music title "Sock hop", Artist Kevin MacLeod

------------------------------------------------------------

Meet Darren and Pauline Griffith and their dog Thunder, two scavs who have decided to attempt bringing civilization back to the wasteland, this enterprising pair have opened A Cuppa Joe in Dupont East, being a pair of scavengers they are very resourceful and hard working.

Both are traders and welcome any visitors to their cafeteria with the exception of mutants and raiders.

Inside the cafe you will find tables, seating and some food you can have for free, everything else is owned, stealing from them is not the best idea, if you steal, expect negative karma and a hail of bullets.

The building has four rooms all within the same cell, the ground floor consist of the cafeteria and the kitchen, upstairs is the living room and bathroom.

Note, while this is a complete build with everything in place and working, I am considering this as an on going project.

A warning to those who have not been to Dupont East yet, this is raider territory(vanilla FO3), I had been there a long time ago and killed them all, there have been no re-spawn so I assume it's a one off in the game.

Presently the AI do not leave the cafeteria, but I'm looking in future to have them take a wander outside, this will depend if I can set a condition that the area is clear.

There are some visual effects to note while exploring the building, they are a welcoming couple so feel free to explore it all.

Bugs
The only one so far is an odd lighting effect on the bed, unless you want to add AI's attempting unsuccessfully to pass each other in a gap large enough to drive a tank through, fortunately this does not happen often.

Comments and ratings welcome.

If I get enough requests, I will turn this into a player home complete with workbench and first aid center(new esp file), presently it is essentially a food and drink trading post.

Note, I have not tested this with followers as of yet.
