1.1- New replacer is the same as before, but now features the noice when buffet of wind goes into your ear. ***I actually finished this shortly after I released the first file, but was to lazy to do so, so here you go!

In fallout, the orginal ambient sound isn't even noticable, unless you use a mod like Rune's Immersion mod (which is pretty cool) which makes the sound a lot louder.
At first when I loaded the game, I thought it was the sound of the factory next to me, making machine noises ( which is what it sounded like). Turns out I was wrong, and I was left with this ugly-not-wind sound when I walked through the waste.
