I realize that the existence of different versions doesn't facilitate your choice so please read carefully what follows and if you have more questions don't hesitate to post a comment.

You only need one version of the esp:

->Infiltrations
It's the original esp, it includes raiders, the enclave, the Mechanist and the Antagonizer.

->Infiltrations without the Antagonizer and Mechanist
The same esp without the Antagonizer and the Mechanist.

->Infiltrations with the Talon Company
It is the original esp with the Talon Company added.

->Infiltrations for the Pitt
The same as the one above with the script added to the helmets from the Pitt DLC

->infiltrations for Broken Steel
The same as the Talon version with the script added to the helmets from the Broken Steel DLC (without the Pitt DLC)

->Infiltrations vault version
The same as the Talon version but it doesn't include any DLC and it adds the script to Vault 101 Security Helmets.

->Infiltrations Supermutant version
The latest esp, the same as the Vault version, it adds the Supermutant faction (which can be infiltrated by using the Eyebot Helmet -the one that can be found in the Taft tunnels).

I kept the original esp because I didn't change the scripts, I've only added different versions to different items. The original esp is still up to date if you only want the script to be used for raiders and the Enclave (but not DLC items obviously).

Keep in mind that the script has only been added to helmets so only the headgear matters (for better immersion I suggest wearing matching outfits). There is one exception however and that's the Talon armour which is used to infiltrate the Talon Company.

Followers won't break your cover, for immersion purposes consider using helmets for them as well but the script will only check the main character.

Updates: a version (without readme) for Talon company (works with the armour) and another version that modifies helmets from the Pitt DLC so they can work like any other Raider helmets (on Raiders but not on Pitt raiders since this would seriously compromise the Pitt quest).

The latest version modifies the new items from the Broken Steel pack but doesn't include the Pitt items.

One more version has been added, it doesn't include DLCs but adds the Vault 101 Security (with the appropriate helmet) and includes the Talon Company.

If you have other questions check out the comments and the readme and if you need more information just post another comment. I try to check this page regularly.

I hope that answers your questions and that you'll enjoy the mod. If you do, feel free to leave a comment or post a picture, you can also endorse the file if you've really liked this small mod. Have a nice game!

Description
===========

A modification for players who want to infiltrate Raider camps or mingle with Enclave grunts. Warning: engaging combat will blow your cover...

If you wear a Raider Helmet or an Enclave Power Helmet (Enclave Scientist and Enclave Officer outfits also work) you won't be shot on sight which will allow you to mingle and even socialize.

The mod also modifies the Mechanist's helmet and the Antagonizer's helmet so they now work like the Ghoul Mask respectively on Robots and Ants (I've uploaded another version without these modifications if you don't want them).

Details
=======

There are a few mods that already do this but I didn't find one that did exactly what I wanted. I didn't want the effect to be as powerful as the regular ghoul mask effect that's why I've used the Ghoul Mask script with a twist: engaging combat negates the effect!

After you've engaged combat you will be considered hostile as long as you are not "hidden" from enemies, then all you have to do is to unequip the item and put it back on to be able to mingle with your foes once again.

If you kill somebody before they even retaliate this won't be considered as entering combat so this will not blow your cover (the foe has to survive and attack you to set the alarm).

Install
=======

1. Extract this archive to any folder and then copy the contents to Fallout's Data.
folder.

Uninstall
=========

2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

Incompatibility
===============

Mods that change the items that use any of the scripts may cause some problems (you can use the Geck to correct this or change your load order).

Known Issues or Bugs
====================

I've already mentioned the fact that if you kill a friendly foe outright you won't set the alarm and the bystanders won't be hostile I wish I could find a better way to deal with that issue but IMHO it's still a better fix than the regular Ghoul Mask effect.

Wounding a foe will blow the cover since the condition will trigger when the foe retaliates.

If you want to blow your cover you can remove the headgear, that will make foes hostile thus triggering the mines you may have placed near your foes.

With few exceptions (namely the Talon armour for the version that includes it) only Helmets are taken into account but if you don't want to break immersion wear an Enclave Power Armor with your Enclave Power Helmet!

PRECISION: it works with followers, only the Player character matters but for better immersion you can always dress up your followers.

NOT A BUG: if you run into Raiders in the wasteland while wearing a raider helmet and they are hostile it is most certainly because you are already in combat (check if there is a creature attacking you). Being in combat will blow your cover (it is meant to be that way).
