No more cowardly NPCs - now they will fight back when you attack them!

Some NPCs in the game would normally run when you attack them, such as Walter, Henry Young, Millicent Wellington or Tammy Hargrave. With this mod, they will attack you instead.
Beware: This also applies to the NPCs in Tranquility Lane, meaning it might be a little more dangerous there.
