This unique assault rifle was cut from the final version of Fallout 3.
Wanda is an elusive unique Assault Rifle found in the database.
It can be repaired with Assault Rifles.

This weapon can be found now in the game in Wilks house from Grayditch,
in a weapon box with 300 rounds.
oh..yeah..the box is lock, so dont be slugabed, work a little...

When Bryan comes to give you the quest, there is a speech challenge
where he will either give you the key to his father's emergency supplies or lie to you about it.
It is worth saving beforehand and retrying the challenge to get the supplies, as it is a Very Hard lock on the dumpster,
and it contains a Laser Pistol or Scoped .44 Magnum and numerous Frag Grenades
(the items in the dumpster may be dependant on the player's level at the time it is opened).
