Just Say Yes! to Drugs
In Pre-Apocalyptian days, there was a First Lady who felt that many of America's ills were being caused by its population's limited access to life-enhancing drugs. Well aware of the deleterious effects of many popular drugs, she campaigned for a national program to make these chemicals both safe and effective for the citizens of the United States. Pharmaceutical conglomerates, driven by the propspect of incredible new profits, worked long and hard to create these new drugs. The results of these efforts were lost in the nuclear holocaust, but were re-discovered a few years before a certain vault-dweller stepped forth into the Capital Wasteland. The benefits of these new chemical formulas, unhindered by patents or other restrictions, spread rapidly throughout the Wasteland. This even included additives to alcohol beverages to counteract their addictive properties. As a result, addiction has become a thing of the past, and the population of Post-Apocalyptia is now able to consume the various drugs available in the Wasteland without fear of temporary or permanent side effects.

This is a simple mod: No more addictions. Do all the drugs you can find and/or afford. Is it unbalancing? Probably. But it's FUN! (Dammit, will someone help me kill all these spiders crawling on my jukebox?)
Installation: Place the .esp file in the Data sub-folder inside the Fallout 3 folder. To uninstall, simply remove the file.
This file is probably incompatible with any mod that changes the characteristics of addictive drugs or alcohol. I have tested it and it has worked fine for me.
Usage restrictions: Feel free to use this in any fashion, except that this mod may not be incorporated, wholly or in part, in any program or download for which any fee or cost is imposed. I should be credited for any use.
