Allow the household Nuka-Cola Vending Machine to chill Purified/Dirty Water bottles and Beer into Ice Cold versions of each.

This mod changes the Nuka-Cola Vending Machines, allowing them to chill Purified Water, Dirty Water, and Beer.
Installation:
Put this folder into your Fallout 3 folder. Say yes if it asks to replace any existing folders.
Uninstallation:
remove IceColdWater.esp file from the data folder.
remove IceColdWater.esp folder from the data\sound\voice folder.
Added:
Ice Cold Purified Water: Doubles health regeneration compared to Purified water.
Ice Cold Dirty Water: Increases health regeneration and more with sanitizer.
Ice Cold Beer: Extends the amount of time the positive modifiers lasts, but also slightly increases the chance of being addicted.
Change Log:
V1.04: Added Beer and Dirty water to make Ice Cold versions of each.
V1.03: Fixed a small grammatical error.
V1.02: Fixed problem with it overwriting other vanilla FO3 object scripts.
V1.01: Added the ability to give Ice Cold Purified Water to beggers.
V1.0:Nuka-Cola Machines convert Purified Water into Ice Cold Purified Water.
