This mod has a set of useful speed-related features, like giving you a speed boost while running, or a permanent speed change. You can also change the velocity of other people, creatures and robots, making them slow as mark, or fast as a rocket. A useful feature for players with followers is to make them track your own speed and change theirs at the same time as you change yours. No more waiting of the slow followers anymore! But first, you will have to face a foreigner...

Details
=======
This mod will add a NPC (Thomas) to the game, and you will be given a short quest from him. If you complete it, he will make a new mixture that will give you inhuman powers, permitting you to push your body to the extreme, and even affect other beings with your ability through your mind. You will be able to change your speed both permanently (through a list) and choose a hotkey for your speed boost. Choosing "Left-Shift" as your run boost will automatically disable the walk/run nature of it, you can use Caps to toggle between those instead. To change other people’s velocity, just assign a button and point in at your victim, press it and change their speed. You can also make them track your speed, applicable for players with followers, who wants them to stick together instead of staying far behind all the time.
You will need FOSE to use this mod. Download it at http://fose.silverlock.org/
This mod will notify you if you aren't running FOSE, or if you have an older version than this one was compiled with.

Incompatibility
===============
As this mod overrides the speed settings for the player, it can conflict with other speed mods, although I've tried to make it compatible with e.g. other perks that changes the player's speed.
The quest has minor exterior edits to the areas behind Megaton, somewhere south of Girdershade and a ruin in the wasteland.
Sometimes at high speed you may bump into something and get thrown in the air. The game engine is obviously not made for high-speed surfing. To prevent the player from falling to death, the limit for falling death is increased every time the speed goes beyond 200%, and decreases to the default setting when it goes under 200%. It also takes a backup of the old height value, making this mod compatible with realistic fall adjusting mods and the like.

Todo
====
Try to port most features to non-FOSE.
Maybe re-do the object's mesh a little.
