I would only activate this mod at once It puts a GECK weapons outside of Vault 101 and Regulator HQ and inside Megaton common house and the toilets including:
a fully auto matic alien sniper with unlimited ammo, a gatling laser that fires nukes, a mini gun that fires packs of dogs, a pistol that fires nukes, a frag mine that turns into a nukelear missle, a fatman that fire 200 nukelear missles at once(bit of lag, a lincolns repeater that has the same effects as a dart gun but burns the opponent also I have changed some of the weapons effects some that whenever you hit enemies an artillary strike comes down lol to and lots lots more. Aswell as putting some armour that gives you +99999999 HP and +99999999 AP. Also In the Megaton common house it adds about 100 out each skill book allowing you to max all skills (Only do it if you are lv 20) aswell as about 70k alien powercells, I mean 70k! and some cool weapons such as the Hand of Doom (A power fist that shoots as far as a sniper LOL) There might be a few bugs I have not found yet but I should do just fine!!! Also there is some armour with 600 DR and enough pre-war books to take you fromlevel 3-11 if given to the squire in the library in the Male and Female toilets in Megaton PLZ say you didn't blow up Megaton!!!!!!!!!!

Stealth armour (Has the same effect as a stealth boy crouching of standing with of course +99999999 hp also in the Arlington librry there is a box full of 120000 preWar books (take all of them) and give them to the scribe to give you enough Xp to take you from level 1-20
Installation
Save the file in C/Program Files/BethesdaSoftworks/Fallout 3/Data
Deinstallation or whatever just delete the file.
The armour is on the road directly out side Vault 101!!!
