- Metal Squeezer is updated, not you can use 500, 3000, and 5000 bottlecaps to make scrap metals.

June 17th 2009

- Metal Squeezer Ver.2.0 has been released!

- Instead of the Wrench weapon, now you will get 2 Ingestible format of Metal Squeezer. Why? Now you can put the metal squeezer into the hot keys (1-8). and use it without taking out your pip-boy.

Now the Metal Squeezer is ingestible (in your aid section of the inventory.)
By using it it will give you the prompt to squeeze the metal or squeeze bottle caps for a scrap metal.

You will have 4 Options in the prompt.

1) Squeeze all metal junk. (this is equivalent to "Yes" to original Metal squeezer prompt selection.)

2) Squeeze only the useless junks. ( the junks that are not on the list below.)

3) Squeeze 50 bottle caps for a scrap metal.

4) No. (same as old "No.")

List of Metals that are considered important. (Thus not getting squeezed if you select the 2nd choice of squeeing)

- Metal Squeezer now squeezes wrench and hammer into scrap mtals with 1:1 ratio.

- Once you pick up a wrench, you will be able to turn it into a Metal Squeezer.

- It will turn most of metal junks in your inventory into scrap metal.

- I played Pitts and combined with my repair mods, scrap metals are scarce and thus I present you this tool.

- There are few bugs and it is still BETA.

Hello Fallout3 Community,




This is a mod that alters the way we normally handle repairs in fallout 3.

I was using Neclipse's cross repair weapon and armor mods, but when i stalled v.1.1

somehow the computer froze during the loading menu. Im assuming those mods came before

the geck released and it could be the reason why it was conflicting with patch 1.1

so I had to disable the mods. The idea that he offered, which was using

similar two types of items to use it as its own repair pair was very useful, and at the same time

it made logical sense.


So, here is my project:


I used only GECK to come up with cross-repair that is compatiable with v.1.1 fallout 3.

and at the same time, I present the a single .esp file that enables user to repair not only from

the similar items, but from the counterparts and scrap metals, etc.

Warning: This mod alters almost all the Armor/Hats/Weapons in Fallout3.esm

if you already have a mod that alters any of the original item, there may be a conflict.

(As of now, overhauled dismemberment causes a conflict.)

If so, I recommend you to not use this repair mod. Also, if you already have

other cross-repair mods, this mod will not work.
