I've included a new .esm file to handle part of the level lists to make it easier on myself to change future mods for CALIBR compatibility. This file will be included with all mods I release if necessary and will be updated as the CALIBR database is updated.

Weapon Changes:

9mm pistols are named Beretta M9.

9mm submachine guns are named Skorpion vz. 61.

The .32 Pistol is named .32 New Police Pistol.

The .32 caliber round is named .32 S&W Long.

The .44 magnum is named S&W Model 29.

Ammunition changes:

The assault rifle is now chambered for the 7.62x51mm round.

The chinese assault rifle is now chambered for the 7.62x39mm round.

Both mods have the CALIBR Level Lists.esm but you only need one (and either will work).

Just uploaded the file to make Vashts work CALIBR compatible. You will need to download and install his main files before it will work, however, as I do not include the meshes or textures with this file. It will work independantly of my other file(s).

I've noticed a large lack of compatability among weapon mods, due to the nature of the programming in fallout handling ammunition. Thankfully, the CALIBR project was designed to address that issue (though I have no affiliation with the original .esm file listed). So I've decided to try to incorporate that concept to a lot of the weapon mods floating around already. This file changes some of the vanilla weapons in fallout to use some of the ammunition listed in the CALIBR file. You will need to download that file for this to work. If there is enough response to this project, then I'll start working on making stand-alone files for individual mods (or compiliation mods). Hopefully, this will help from generating a lot of "ammo clutter" from having 4-5 types of the same ammunition that's incompatible with one another.

V 1.0 Information

Weapon Changes:

10mm firearms are changed to 9mm.

The chinese pistol damage has been upped to bring it more in line with the .32 and 9mm pistols.

Ammunition changes:

9mm (10mm) use 9x19mm

Chinese assualt rifle uses 7.62x51mm; standard assualt rifle still uses 5.56 ammunition (will change if frequently requested).

Lincoln's Repeater uses .44-40

Chinese Pistol uses 7.62x25mm (same ammunition as the Mauser pistol, similiar to the .30 Luger bullet though somewhat heavier)

Hunting Rifle uses .30-30

Sniper Rifle uses 7.62x51mm

(While the .308 Winchester is the civilian version of the 7.62NATO round, I felt it more appropriate for military weapons to use that designation instead.)

I have implemented (I hope) all of these changes to all leveled lists/quests/scripts/etc. I haven't done fully extensive testing on this file, especially with other mods running. It is fully indepentant of the Anchorage DLC at present.

I've found only a couple of hiccups here and there where older ammunition is still given as rewards (and I haven't figured out how to change the "default" ammuition type for items placed in the world so any suggestions would be great. In the meantime I've removed all ammuition from the 10mm firearms and the sniper rifles laying around in the world since I've more-or-less phased out the 10mm and .308 rounds).

This hasn't been a tiny undertaking, I'll tell ya. Keep me informed of any bugs or problems you might run into while running this mod, too. Especially in regards to how it works with other mods.
