Welcome to Ernest Ernies Emporioum If we ain't got it you don't need it.

Today's Special is the Tesla Stun Gun. Ever been pinned down with missiles raining down on your head near a SatCom installation? And your squad is getting ready to desert you? Then this baby is the one for you.

The Tesla Stun Gun is based on Tesla's theories of drawing power out of the surrounding area. Electricity sometimes reacts oddly on different beings.
It will stun them for 8 to 12 seconds, maybe knock them down, maybe cause their bodies to go into convulsions causing them to jump around, sometimes, even rather high.

The weapon is self recharging and you can fire it approximately once ever 6 seconds.

Also do to the high electrical discharge causing your hand to convulse onto the weapon, you can't drop it, nor can an enemy knock it from out of your grip (unless they shoot your hand off of course).

One of the unfortunate side effects is while is while it's recharging.
You of course aren't able to put it away. Truth in advertising forces me to reveal this. It's a one of a kind energy weapon that you've never seen the like of before.

Once again, I'm no good with textures models etc so I used the laser pistol and the weapon can be repaired with the laser pistol.
Because of game mechanics it does have to have 1 round of ammo in the chamber but that's it. But i gave you 2 just in case something goes bonkers.

weapon id is xx00154d ammo is xx00154f for modders curious as to what game mechanics I've used.
I use 7z for file compression it's free and can be found at http://www.7-zip.org/

I also recommend FOMM http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=640

This weapon was designed with the idea that you've loaded MMM Gone Wild
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4385
and met nastys when you walked out of the vault.

I placed this in game just outside of vault 101.

If you want to use this, or the idea behind it, (or even texture it) go for it. It would be nice to have credit though.
