Description
===========
This mod is a new take on the level cap remover, it resets your level, stats, skills, karma and XP to level 1, resets the wasteland zones to match your new level and leaves all your quests, perks, equipment, skillbooks and bobbleheads intact.

Location
========
Vault 101 exterior, look for the sign :P

Details
=======
This mod aims to allow players to not only continue to level way beyond 20 but to also add a certain amount of new playability to FO3.

What does NLCC do?
NLCC will 'Clean' the player by:
resetting all specials and skills to 5.
resetting your level to 1.
reseting your karma to 0(Neutral).
fully healing your character.

It will allow you to keep all your hard earned Perks, bobbleheads, skillbooks and equipment.
It will not damage quests.
It will reset almost the entire wasteland so places you have cleared out will be fresh and new again.
It lets You keep your uber lvl 20 equipment, but your repair skill and the vendor lists are reset so you will find that your power armor cannot be repaired fully or spares found until you get back up to those higher levels again.
You may have that sexy new gun but you won't find the ammo you used to and you probably can't remember that your aim was so off when you walked out of the Vault, that you couldn't shoot yourself if you tried.

All your friends are still friends and your enemies are still trying to kill you.

So now that explorer perk is super cool and the Solar powered Perk can be used for a bit longer :P

Notes and hints:

When you first 'Clean' you will be given a Perk (- Cleaner Perk -), it should be right at the top of your perks screen, this is a special Perk that will allow you to continue to level up if you have collected all other possible Perks, it has 40 ranks and does nothing, but that will let you get plenty more levels if you're not quite finished playing your character. DO NOT CHOOSE IT UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER PERKS TO CHOOSE! I recommend using TheFakeEmpire's Ultimate Perk Pack(on fallout3nexus) to enhance the number of Perks available.

The respawning zones are a constant element, so every 3 days(default game setting), areas will respawn allowing you to keep going back for a new challenging adventure, I've left out certain quest areas to keep the game stable.

You must sleep for the alloted time before you re-enter the wasteland or bad things will happen to your game.

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\fallout3\Data\
4. Start FOMM, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start FOMM, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the folders named NLLC in both the meshes and textures folders.

Incompatibility
===============
1. MMMF3-zones respawn.esp, just load NLCC before all MMMF3 esps.
2. Other level cap removers, although they may work in total harmony.
3. Any mod that changes the Vault 101 exterior. Load NLCC last.
