Remember that room full of junk on Rivet City\'s Mid Deck? I\'ve turned it into a cozy little ConApt. Complete with bed, non-respawning containers, workbench, and purchasable Lab, Infirmary, and Water Purifier.

Remember that room full of junk on Rivet City's Mid Deck? I've turned it into a cozy little ConApt - a home away from home. Complete with bed, non-respawning containers, workbench, and purchasable Lab, Infirmary, and Water Purifier. You can buy the additions from Seagraves Holmes in the Rivet City Market. It's immediately to the right if you enter the Mid Deck from the Stairwell. I have kept it simple and clear so you can fill it with your stuff. It's small and it fits in with the rest of the ship. I don't like large ornate houses - especially on an old rust bucket like Rivet city - so this is my solution.
I had to move Paulie Cantelli's stash in order to clean up the room, but thats all I did. It is now in the Rivet City common room, if you're wondering. It does not affect his AI whatsoever, except he will hang out in the common room now rather than in the old one. That's all.

Purchasable furnishings added. Buyable from Seagrave Holmes. More containers and better layout. I've taken this little mod as far as it can go.
WHEN UPDATING TO V2_1 REMOVE YOUR ITEMS FROM THE CONTAINERS IN THE ROOM BEFORE REPLACING THE OLD FILE. IF YOU DO NOT, YOU WILL LOSE THOSE ITEMS.
V2_1: I fixed several bugs brought to my attention. The first aid kit added by purchasing the infirmary now works properly (you can use it!) and the water purifier functions as intended. I also toyed around with the navmesh, so hopefully NPCs will no longer have trouble navigating the room.

Download and Unzip to your Fallout 3 / Data Directory. When starting the game select Data Options and Check off Rivet City ConApt v2.

Full credit to Antistar for giving me permission to use his Water Purifier script. I have not altered his script in any way. I also thank him for helping me out with some other scripting issues I had.
