This is my first released mod, not that I've done very many others. It places a home near Megaton with all the necessities, such as the Pristine Nuka-Cola Machine, etc. as well as a robotic butler. Sorry, no Bobblehead stand. Just another thing I can't do right. Completely navmesh'd though, so don't worry about stuck companions!
It's currently a WIP as I work on the quest that should go along with it.
Installation ================
Unpack the .esp file using WinRAR or 7Zip and drop it into your Fallout 3 directory (normally C:/Program Files/Bethseda Softworks/Fallout 3/Data) Start up Fallout 3 or FOMM. Click the checkbox and you're ready to go.
Uninstalling ================
Deleting the .esp file from your Data folder should remove it without any problems. Leave the cell before you do though...
