SPECIAL affects skill more drastically, than leveling and reading. SPECIAL affects ALL!

Permissions and credits
This very small mod increase meaning of SPECIAL on gameplay.
It is good idea to start a new game.
I finished the game 4 times with 4 types of character (good and sneaky bladefighter, evil nerd, pretty neutral charmer, sneaky sniper and medic) and i am very dissapointed for character to becomejackof alltrades. Lvl 20 character is good at everything.

If in beginning of the game you character wasbrutal gunslinger, it is more hard to become jack of all trades in the end of the game, more easily – more brutal and perfect gunslinger.

So, SPECIAL is a FATE now.

You get 3 skill points on every level.
Tag skills develop 2 times faster – 1 points invested results in 2 point increase.
Comprehension skill requires 10 inteligence.
Educated gives only 1 more skill points.
Intense Training has only 3 ranks to balance the game

STRENGHT.
Each point strength of strength gives 30 carry weight. (Now is 30*STR, was 150+10*STR)
There is a version present with old formula.
Skills of melee now have a bonus for 5 points of every point of strength.

PERCEPTION
Each point of perception gives a 5 bonus to Energy Weapons, Explosives, Lockpick.

ENDURANCE
Each point of Endurance gives 5 points to Heavy Weapons, Hand2Hand.
Each point of Endurance gives 20 health points to every one..
Now HP=100+20*Endurance+0*Level.
Was HP=100+20*Endurance+10*Level.

CHARISMA
Each point of Charisma gives a 5 bonus to Barter, Speech.

INTELIGENCE
Each point of Intelligence gives a 5 bonus to Medicine, Repair, Science.

AGILITY
Each point of agility gives a 5 bonus to Sneak and Light Weapons
Each point of agility gives 5 action points. Now 40+5*agility. Was 65+2*agility

LUCK
Each point of luck gives a +1% to score a critical strike.
Also luck>2 gives a +1 bonus for skills for every 2 points of luck

General Specialization Perks.


Perks for low level characters - aimed to grant character a new specialization and are not so easy to get for high skill requirements. Avaible from level 2 to level 5

+Every rank of Thief Perk gives +5 to Sneak and Lockpick, but -10 to Heavy Weapons
Perk needs 6 Perception and Agility and 50 Sneak and Lockpick.

+Every rank of Daddy's Girl/Boy gives +5 Med/Sci every rank, but since first rank, drains charisma for -1 point (nobody likes nerds), i know, because i'm nerdish one) )
Perk needs 8 Inteligence and 50 Science and 50 Medecine.


+Every rank of Little Leager gives +5 Melee/Explosion on every rank, but gives -10 to Science.
Perk needs 6 STR and 6 Perception and 50 Melee and Explosives

+Every rank of Size Matters gives + 10 to Bigguns, and -5 to Small and Energy weapons.
Perk needs 6 STR and 6 Endurance and 50 Bigguns


+Iron Fist Perk is replaced by Perk Martial Art Expert. Every point gives 15 point of additional melee/unarmed damage, but drains Small Arms, Energy, Heavy weapons for 5 points.
Perk needs 6 STR, 6 Endurance, 6 Agility and 50 Melee or Unarmed.

+Demolition Expert now is avaible from level 2

+Commando and Gunslinger now gives additional damage with corresponding weapons type and better critical chances, but player can only have one of them!

+Sniper Perks improves accuracy by lowering spread.

+Wired Reflexes Perk increase Chance to score critical strike and critical strike damage.
