Caps Rarity - Less Caps in Containers 1.0
You'll find nomore masses of caps just lying around in containers waiting to make you rich, they have become very rare.
The goal was to make earning caps somehow more challenging, Now the main source of getting caps are other people and selling stuff.
.) mainly changed the containers to contain less or very rare caps
.)NPCs like raiders etc stay unchanged, because they are supposed to have caps.
.)placed caps in the world are still there.
.)changed containers like some safes, that seem to be untouched since pre-war times, to mostly contain pre-war-money instead of caps. (You weren't supposed to buy Ice-Cream with CAPS before the war, right?)
.)containers used by NPCs stay unchanged (like personal containers and vendor containers)
.)FortuneFinder caps have also been decreased a little. (but still keeping the perk worth using)
Use it for whatever you want, personal belongings don't exist. they are just an illusion.
