With this mod installed, stimpacks wont heal instantly, but they will be injected after you exit PipBoy. It will take a few seconds before the healing takes effect, and during that time your character will have to put away his weapon, and suffer side effects.

-Changed the the overdose effects to something less extreeme. now when you overdose stimpacks your intelligence, perception and agility will suffer, and you will experience dizziness.
-When using Stimpaks, you can now move at normal speed (hey, if you can reload a minigun while running, you should also be able to stick a needle in your arm)
- when you use a stimpack at full health (by targeting damaged body parts), your limbs will heal a lot more than when using a stimpack when damaged.
- Healing done to limbs is now directly based on your medical skill.

- There might be some problems with NPC Actors using stimpacks, any comments on this are appreciated
- Currently, I do not know how to make this script work with targeting body parts. Doing so in Status window, will provide the same effect as just using in inventory. Stimpacks currently heal only small amount to body parts, so that resting and medics are in higher demand.
- If you take at least 3 stimpacks in a short amount of time, there is a chance that accumulated dose will kill you. Probability of this raises as you take more stimpacks. High endurance helps to counter this effect.
