There are several mods that make your followers essential, that is, invulnerable. I will not be updating this file, as I think others have already trod this ground much more capably.

Good Karma Followers Invincibility!

This is a simple mod that makes the good karma followers essentially invincible.
If you are worried about overusing (abusing) your followers and getting them killed, this mod is for you.
If you are a dog lover (like me), and leave Dogmeat at home because you're afraid to get him killed, this mod is for you.
If you like the idea of going into Evergreen Mills and Paradise Falls with a kick-ass crew and cleaning house, this mod is for you.
If you hate wasting bullets on those pesky radscorpions, bloatflies, radroaches, etc. ...well, you get the idea.

This mod was made with the GECK.
Extract directily into yout FO3 /Data/ folder, and activate with FO3 Launcher or FOMM (recommended).

Mod effects:

Dogmeat and Fawkes are invulnerable
Star Paladin Cross now has 999 HP
--Added Fawkes Gatling Laser and ammo to Cross inventory
