Long ago, Lucas Simms was a artifact and treasure hunter. Even though he wont admit it he found some nice tech but sold it to the Brotherhood outcasts. His partner, Richard (last name unknown) Found him some good tech and hid it for Simms. Simms forgot about it after his son was born. Know you have the job to find this weapon and use it to take control of the wasteland!!!

Ok so basically this is my first mod and well i think i did a good job. So basically i made a mini quest to find this awesome laser rifle. Basically the corporation that made the laser rilfes made this new one but didnt have time to fully test it. So one day simm's partner found it and hid it for simm's. So you have to find it. Know the location to the weapon is found where simm's keeps his guns. After you learn the location of the weapon you will have to rome around to find it. The note gives hints not the actual location so better get those fingers ready to search everything. So anyway feel free to comment/suggest anything and i try to the best of my abilitys to fix the problem. BTW sorry there are no pictures.

REASON WHY ITS A MINI-QUEST

I found that not many people liked that the weapon is just given to you and that it just blows people away. So i added this quest which will give some people a little, very little bit of challenge. Also yes you will need to lose some karma for finding the note.
