I see that some of you guys are having fun re-skinning it, I currently have the model itself at work, as I work on it on my free time there, but by monday, I will provide a UV set for you, I guess that will make your work easier. I am not sure, but I think that if you export the mesh as an OBJ file, you would be able to open it on a 3d program and see the UV mapping.
I wish I could try this at home, but I use a MAC for 3D modeling here at home, and no nifskope for it, and my pc does not have MAYA installed.
Anyway, if no one manages to extract those uv mapping, I will upload it on monday.
Also, I would like to thank you all for your support, kind words, and constructive crits, this encourages me a lot, so I am working on the sileced version and on another model, what's the model? secret folks.
I will also try to make a video tutorial on monday, I am not sure how it will work out, but I am sure it will be a laugh for you guys, as I am brazilian you can imagine my accent, and my grammar mistakes hehe.

Normal maps fixed, if you did not download this mod yet you are fine, just do install the new release, if you already downloaded it, just download the new normal map file and overwrite the old one.
