Replaces the silver 'V1' logo on the guards' combat armor and hats with a red Calico Jack standard. Silly and largely pointless.

v4, Converts the Vault 1 supply system to use 20th Century Weapons and CALIBR ammo. Also adds both groups of items to Chloe's inventory.
