Penny is your new roommate in your Megaton house. She sells lots of ammo, has 9999 caps, and 75% repair ability.

Penny is your new roommate in your Megaton or Tenpenny place. She sells lots of ammo and drugs, has 9999 caps, and 75% repair ability. Her inventory resets every 3 days like other vendors. Beware, she is a smoker.
v1.1 She now sleeps from 12pm-8am in your bed, but you can wake her up and take the bed. She does pushups in the morning. She keeps the place clean by sweeping the floors.
v1.2 Added a little background story with some animations. Added Dart Ammo and the various Drugs.
v1.3 Added the Tenpenny suite option. Slightly different conversation depending on whether you have Megaton or Tenpenny.
Installation:
Load Penny.esp with FOMM. It shouldn't interfere with any mod, unless the mod changes the Megaton house.
Uninstallation:
Delete Penny.esp
