Hi !

Second try, a new texture for the 10 mm pistol, who is one of the best light weapon in my opinion. There is some special logos, who are more funny cameo than really realistic stuff. There is also a nice bump mapping on the gun.

INSTALLATION: unzip the archive, and put the files in the "Textures\weapons\1handpistol" folder.

And add those lines in your "ArchiveInvalidation.txt" :

Textures/weapons/1handpistol/1stperson10mmpistol.dds
Textures/weapons/1handpistol/10mmpistol.dds

If you don't have the "ArchiveInvalidation.txt", you can create it like a new txt file and put it in your main Fallout 3 game folder.

I assume you guys know about the ini thing. But if not, if this is your first mod installation on Fallout 3, you must do this before installing any mod, or they won't work :
Go to "My Documents", you should find the "My Games" folder with "Fallout3" in. In this folder, open the "FALLOUT.INI" with the notepad and search for the line :
"bInvalidateOlderFiles=0" you need to change the "0" to "1" and save.

Ok, I think it's good now, you can try it. I really like this skin because of the colors and special deco, and it's just between a brand new gun completely smooth and an old crappy rugged one.
