Flagged the A6WastelandBosses esp as an esm with the help of the new feature FO3MasterUpdate in FO3edit.
I suspected that would fix the remaining CTD-crashes when trying to save after killing a boss, and I think it did - at least it works so far for me.
This confirms that the crashes were not caused by the mod, but by bugs in the game-engine itself.
This means it's now possible to keep this mod enabled as long as you want, try it and see if it works for you too.
Finally the Wasteland Boss mod can work as the original author intended.
No other changes has been made, and you still need to download and install the original mod first:

This is a cleaned esp for those that get a crash to desktop when loading the excellent mod -D6- Wasteland Boss Pack v1.1 with an old savegame.

I have cleaned the esp from some alterations that are probably unintended,
specifically the changes to Wilderness Cell 19,25 and to MQ11SarahFollowTrigger
that causes CTD for some people.
Nothing that's needed has been removed - all bosses should be where they were.

This file only contains the esp, you have to download the Wasteland Boss Pack v11 from
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2872
install it and then overwrite the esp with this file.

If this fix works for you, go to the authors page and rate his mod highly.
If this fixed esp implodes your computer - blame me.

I will delete this file if and when the original author releases an update.
