I know this is an old thread, on an old mod, but I have questions and hope someone will answer. So here goes... I use the Ultimate Perk Pack [UPP] and want to use this mod in conjunction with it. I'm just wondering something though; when I install this mod, it asks to overwrite the UPP Thumbs.db, to which I'm not sure if I should. I like the idea of using these cool looking icons, but am uncertain how that will affect the UPP icons. Any ideas?
For anyone interested, Thumbs.db is a Windows file created to store and quickly display thumbnails for image files. It has no other use and no impact on anything if it should go missing.
Anybody else getting a strange affect from " 'Tis Just a Scratch" Perk? Where it causes you to sprint really slow if you also use the Sprint mod? And changing sprintspeedmult doesn't help.

I think I'll go ahead and download this mod to see if it works and to see if I'm right about my statement.
Im missing Lawbringer perk. Its not there. The only mod about perks I use is VDSP (as far as I know). Is there any relation? Well I can add perk with console, but then I get somthing like this
Quest completed REGULATORS
and Junders will not appear, but I cen find fingers on enemies.
Any suggestions? Im not gonna reinstall game..
aaaaand Im using FOOK2, btw

solved: reaching of very good karma and level high enough (lvl 14(?) ) automaticaly added quest Regulators.. and Lawbringer perk is not needed though..
Wow, this has to be one of the most Professionally presented mods I've ever seen. Great work, man. It's game-play additions like this that I just love. Consider it endorsed!
