Randomizes the height of NPCs throughout the world so no longer will everybody you meet all be the exact same height.
Details
=======
This mod runs once upon first loading a save or starting a new game. It assigns each permanent-reference NPC a random height within a specific (and somewhat arbitrary) range of allowable heights. It does this via scripting without ever touching the base NPC records, so there are no conflict/compatibility issues to worry about. No children or ghouls are altered. Also, most (but not all) generic NPCs, like raiders, Enclave soldiers, etc, could not be altered with this method, so they are left alone.
Install
=======
1. Extract the file to a temporary location.
2. Copy NPC Height Randomizer.esp to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
3. Open the Launcher, click Data, and put a check by the mod. Alternately (and preferably) use FOMM to activate the mod.
Now an optional download: Less Variance version. This still randomizes height, but within a smaller range of variables, so there won't be very short or very tall people anywhere.
Uninstall
=========
Uninstalling or deactivating will NOT reverse any height changes - these are saved in your character's save game.
To properly uninstall this mod and reset all NPCs to original size, download the uninstaller and follow the instructions in the included readme file.
Incompatibility
===============
Should not be incompatible with any other mods.
Known Issues or Bugs
====================
NPC animations, such as leaning on railings or bar counters, may look wrong, as these animations were made to suit characters set to scale 1.00 only.
