About this mod
Makes laser and plasma rifles significantly more powerful, but hopefully not unbalancingly so. Also adds full auto to plasma rifle.

Note that this affects all energy rifles, making e.g. Enclave troops more dangerous, so I don't consider it a cheat mod, although as with all mods of this type it does favour the player in the long run.
This is only intended to be a very simple mod, so please bear this in mind if commenting/rating, also please note that this is the first mod I've ever released for any game, so be gentle with me. :)
Update: Some people have asked for exact numbers for my increases, so I'll add them in now.
Laser Rifle: I increased the per-shot damage to 150% of the sniper rifle, so it ends up at 60. I also improved the accuracy a bit, as it was actually worse than your starting weapon! It's still not quite as good as the hunting rifle though, unless you kneel down and stop moving. I also increased the mag to 25 shots, it's a nice round number.
Plasma Rifle: As my modded laser rifle was so powerful, I decided to alter the plasma rifle to keep some diversity. I switched it to full auto, increased the mag to 50 shots, and set the damage to 150% of the chinese rifle (200% per shot/75% RoF). I decreased the accuracy on this one slightly, as by default it was more accurate than the hunting rifle and that didn't sit right with me for a full auto weapon.
Hopefully that'll be enough detail, I know they're very powerful now but that was kind of the whole point of this mod.
v1.1: Improved the two unique weapons too, as my modified rifles are more powerful than them. Not good at all.
