Not Fallout skill system overhaul

Permissions and credits
An overhaul of FO3 skill system. The aim of this mod is to make a skill system similar to oblivion/JA2.

Skill and Abilities modified:

o. Dexterity instead of Luck.
o. Information Technology (Computers) instead of Science.
o. Mechanical Engineering instead of Repair.
o. Electrical Engineering instead of Energy weapons.
o. Ranged weapons instead of small guns (small, energy and big guns will all merged into Ranged weapons).
o. Chemistry instead of Big guns.
o. Persuasion instead of Speech.


Skill points will be awarded automatically when you use a skill.
e.g. Successfully unlocking a door will increase your lockpicking skill.
Successfully hitting a target will raise your weapons or unarmed skills.
Skills can be raised also by receiving training form NPCs or reading books.


The amount of increase is relative to:
o. The governing abilities (e.g. Higher Intelligence will have better bonus to Chemistry)
o. The amount of skill the player has already. (low skill can be increased faster, high skill very slow)
Reading books will increase your skills based on the above but it is depended on intelligence not the governing ability.

Primary abilities can also be raised.
e.g. Strength and Endurance can be raised by using melee or unarmed combat, heavy inventory, running everywhere.

Endurance affects the abilities of Agility, Strength and Charisma besides HP. If you have low endurance these abilities will also lower.

Perks are added automatically if the PC has the necessary stats.

The mod is not finished. It's still Beta. You cannot gain some skills and the gameplay can be broken. I uploaded here for other mod developers who need a base for something similar.
For testing you need to start a new game. I should also mention that I am using Darnified UI.
