The armor's stats are:

Location
========

Reilly's Ranger Compound interior, on a shelf in a storage room.
You will need to access the compound to get this armor

Install
=======



First time installation:
------------------------


a. Manual Install:

1. Extract files to: (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\

2. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', tick the "Ranger Metal Armor.esp" file.

3. Launch Fallout 3


b. Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) install:


1. Add "Ranger Metal Armor.rar" to mods

2. Activate "Ranger Metal Armor"

3. Launch Fallout 3



Upgrading from an earlier version:
----------------------------------

1. If your character is currently wearing "Rangers Metal Armor"- Start your game, unequip the armor and save the game. If your character is not equipped with "Rangers Metal Armor" you can skip this step.

2. Delete the "Rangers Metal Armor.esp" file in your Data folder.
Delete following files from textures folder:

textures\armor\RangerMetal\RangerMetal_d.dds
textures\armor\RangerMetal\RangerMetal_n.dds
textures\armor\RangerMetal\fRangerMetal_d.dds
textures\armor\RangerMetal\fRangerMetal_n.dds

(or just delete the RangerMetal folder [...\Fallout 3\Data\textures\armor\RangerMetal])

2a. If you use Archiveinvalidation.txt then delete following entries:

textures\armor\RangerMetal\RangerMetal_d.dds
textures\armor\RangerMetal\RangerMetal_n.dds
textures\armor\RangerMetal\fRangerMetal_d.dds
textures\armor\RangerMetal\fRangerMetal_n.dds

3. Follow the rest of the instructions above ("First time installation").

4. You will need to travel back to Ranger Compound and pick the armor up again.

Uninstall
=========

a. Manual:
----------

1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, (or open the fomm if you use it) uncheck the "Ranger Metal Armor" file.

2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod:

...\Fallout 3\Data\Ranger Metal Armor.esp
...\Fallout 3\Data\Ranger Metal Armor.bsa


b. Using NMM:
-------------

1. De-activate "Ranger Metal Armor"

2. With "Ranger Metal Armor" mod selected click X to remove the mod

===============

Only with mods that radically change the layout of Ranger Compound.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================

One spike on left shoulder appears transparent or completely invisible, depending of the angle of view, but that is an issue with vanilla metal armor.
