IMPORTANT:
This mod is not a PERK TWEEK! It is an actual game edit and it might break quest lines. However I don't see how it could or would but I'm just giving a heads up anyway.
What this means is that if there is a part of a quest that only gets completed by visiting a said location, this mod might prevent you from being able to complete the quest due to the fact you already have it discovered right from the start of the game.
So it's just a good idea to make a back up of any game saves you are going to be using with this.

The PERK only shows you the locations but doesn't allow you to fast travel to them until they are discovered.

Whether on a brand new game or an old one, As soon as you enter the game with this mod activated, you not only can see all the locations (Just as the perk does), but you can fast travel to them as well.
