Range weapon overhaul. Changes in fire rates, Action point requirement, damage, and VATS bonus accuracy. Energy weapons been uniquely work on. Laser type weapons deal more damage as Plasma consumes more ammo.

AmmoandgGuns 2.0: This is your main file that includes the previous updates along with Broken Steel updates.

AmmoandGuns 2.0 Anchorage: This is addon for above spoken mod. This makes changes to Anchorage weapons in both the wasteland and simulator.

AmmoandGuns 2.0 Companions: This is a new mod for the series. This change Jericho's and Charon's default weapon to something less powerful. Jericho begins with a Chinese Pistol (13 damage) and Charon's starts with 10mm Submachine gun. Since you can buy Jericho for 1000 caps and Charon for 2000 I figure Charon should get a better weapon. They will also will be equip with Merc clothing.

Ultimately this mod is made for people that like more of challenge and enjoy upgrading their companion throughout their journey. Also their "default" weapon DOES USE ammo, unlike normal vanilla companion.

This mod can be use just by itself with other mods as well.

The Gauss Rifle has been redone to carry 12 rounds, but for every shot consume 6 mircofuison cells. It wasn't logical that using the same ammo in one gun would deal 4x amount more damage in a different gun. Despite the large consumption of this think as a balancing effect, for both combat and economical areas.

Ammo price has been changed to be a little more expensive to create more difficult to the game. Also in the world you may not find as much ammo as you did before.

Prices of Ammo (Per bullet)

All this mean is the ammo you find in the World (not in stores) most of them have increase. For instance Flamer fuel increase 12 to 60 now. 5mm increase from 100 to 240, etc etc. This will help balance the Lack of ammo you will find in the game also for logical sense. Usually when you find a ammo clip to a gun usually (in my opinion) that clip should be full clip.

-Guns vs Energy (Plasma too)|

Energy weapons does less damage in regards to crippling Limbs and torso.* They do however deal the same amount of damage to the NPC health. Guns do the same to even more damage to limbs.

*special note: It is debatable that in "real life" an energy weapon would be more crippling then a bullet, but the way I view being "crippled" in the game, is how well can a gun break someone bones.

Energy type weapons have a high accuracy as a hunting rifle and sniper rifle.

Plasma has a unique trait of consuming TWICE as much energy (ammo) then their Energy weapon counter part, yet weapon rounds are double to contain the same amount of shots
