Adds a back room office to the Cornucopia Fresh Groceries at Northwest Seneca Station. Version 1.1 adds a GNR radio to the back office, and spawns a Scavenger Merchant in the store.

Details
=======
This is a location on the map that I really like, it is centrally located for merchants and exploration.

It is the first grocery store that I walked into playing the game.

My first thought when seeing the caved in room in the back was that it could make a nice little player home.

So I decided to make it, and this mod is the outcome.

All containers added by the mod are uniquely made by me and are set not to respawn.

I left the default contents of the containers that I used to make my containers in the containers.

So you will get that first time opening of the container and what is there is what you wil get.

I have had some pretty nice random spawns in the floor safe I will say that.

They will not respawn new items, or should not anyway, "Never say Never". lol

I kind of tried to go for the feeling that when it came time to go to the Vault or some other safe place,
the store owner, locked the room and left the building just the way it was at that moment.

Install
=======
1. Extract to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
4. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', verify there is a checkmark beside the .esp file.

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the file associated with the mod:

Incompatibility
===============
None that I know of, as long as the mod requirements are used.

I don't know if you will have problems with the mod using an eariler version than v1.1.0.35, or with other county versions, you will have to load the mod and see.

If you do run into problem let me know.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
As with any mod, a backup of your save game is suggested.

If you come across any please let me know.

Only one esp at a time, and you may want to remove your things from storage there, if you switch to the GMR version, just to be safe.

1.1 19 Feb 2009 Adds a GNR radio to the back office, and spawns a Scavenger Merchant in the store.

1.2 23 Feb 2009 Found an issue with the Scavenger Merchant eating and drinking food from the store and the Nuka Cola machine, did not see that happen from the office.
But just to be safe this update fixes that issue, the Scavenger Merchant will no longer eat your food and drink.
