Certain NPCs can now repair your stuff to near mint condition.
Namely, Moira Brown, Winthrop, Scribes Peabody and Bowditch.
It doesn't make sense that despite their roles as mechanics,
their repair skills are mediocre.
EDIT: I added a BetterNPCRepair2, in which Moira can only
repair to 80%, Winthrop to 75%, Bowditch to 95% and Peabody
to 99%.
This mod is designed for those who would like to focus their
tag skills and skill points on other things. It could provide a
different game experience as players can tryout other perks,
instead of always selecting ones related to repair. You don't
have to play the way Bethesda wants you to.
If you feel that it is cheating, please proceed to the nearest
exit and inform the authorities.
