This makes bartering harder so you don't have ridiculous amounts of caps after few levels. And mod also raises importance of being Uncle Scrooge and of cource barters importance.
Has 3 difficulty settings 25%(for noobs),50%(not too hard but still...),75%(be the incarnation of Uncle Scrooge!)
And it's totally bug FREEE!!!
This lowers your starting value i.e. when you sell an item worth 100 caps(with barter skill of 15) and you normally would get 50 caps of it but now you get only 25 caps.
How to use
C'mon are you stupid just normal mod installation but don't use more than one file at the time (might cause raining dogs)
