Just to confirm for all those curious : This mod works flawlessly for me. Wake Up In front of Amata,Create your char and name. Take the gun, start killing stuff and get out to start your journey :-D 20TH FEB 2024. Kudos and Endorsed :-)
How are you supposed to be trained with a gun if not by Jonas? I just tried this Mod and I can't even equip a Firearm. Then it hit me, I never got trained to by Dad and Jonas when I was Ten Years old. LOL Had to uninstall. Game is not really playable if you cant fight.
this mods is such a small mod yet is so good if i want to kill the overseer i dont have to wait like 10-15 minutes i can just start a new game get my pistol and run right to him i love it
this is very useful when starting a new game just to test something, compatibility, etc...
would you be persuaded to perhaps make an alternate version of this, that flat out start you right outside the vault, ala fallout 1? (with a really cool fade from black effect, before being greeted by the harsh sun!)
it would save me more time, as I'm always just headed to megaton to test something, and well, it would be appropriate.
This mod is great! but, I miss this too, that startup location doesnt enable all mods; some mods only kick in when we are at the outside. So the sooner we get there the better! and that startup escape is so boring :/, I am thinking we could just teleport to the ending spot and trigger/finish all quests using console commands! could someone help?

Try this mod again and put it at the bottom of your load order and it should work properly.
