This is my first mod made in the G.E.C.K. I made it partly after a tutorial here:

It has a mini-quest, with a modified ripper as a reward. It also has a more powerful dart gun. As I used it to learn myself the G.E.C.K. it wasn't really a serious project, but you are welcome to check it out. May be incompatible with other Vault 74 mods.
You should use the "ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated!" tool by Quarn to make the textures work correctly.
Note: As this is my first mod, it has a poor optimization.
