In the official Fallout 3 Collector´s Guide (Pre-War Edition) the perk `Barkskin´ grants an damage reduction of 10% and a stat boost of +1 to endurance. In the final game this was nerved to a +5% in damage reduction.
This mod changes the perk back to +10% damage reduction and +1 endurance.
