Replaces the giant concrete rectangle in the middle of the Scrapyard with service buildings. Overall fits the aesthetic of the scrapyard better. Opens up a new shortcut, fully navmeshed. Interiors may come in a future update, but for now this just focuses on aesthetics.
Simply drag and drop the contents of the mod into your games "Data" folder, and activate with the mod manager of your choice. Alternatively, install directly through Mod Organizer 2.
