make all essential Npc immortal with bat commands.
install files where you're game is located
I suggest use this commands after you leave vault 101 at the start.
in game type : bat x1   bat x2....
just aware for use Pitt faction choise only one. slaves or raider. ( maybe you can choise later ).
same for lookout ( tribal is an option ).
If u have "dont find" message in game use my load order for use this commands, and after this, you can reload you're order.

- When you have completed the main quests and move on to exploration you will have a sense of accomplishment, not traveling to an empty world where everyone you care about is dead.
-Now for a fun option, if you're playing with Sexus mod... and you've decided to make the slaves and raiders of the pitt immortal. You'll have some surprises when you go there :)
