Replaced Point Lookout's Bloatflies with Swamp Ghouls.
Replaces the Bloatfly template with a Feral Ghouls, and Point Lookouts Bloatfly template with a Swamp Ghouls. Should affect all Bloatflies, everywhere, unless one is edited to specifically use the Bloatfly model and assets.
